Shipping policy

At The Honest Mystery Box, every order is carefully prepared and packed before it begins its journey to you.

Shipping Costs
Shipping is charged separately from the price of your Mystery Box and does not count toward the merchandise value promised with your purchase. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery destination.

Processing Time
Orders require processing time before shipment because each Mystery Box is prepared and checked prior to shipping. Estimated processing and delivery information will be provided whenever available. Custom Mystery Boxes may require additional preparation time because they are curated specifically for the recipient.

Tracking
When tracking is available for your shipment, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided with your order once the package has shipped.

Delivery
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside of our control. Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed by The Honest Mystery Box.

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping information. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change its destination.
